The Blatchley Nature Study Club, Inc. Objectives
Any person who is in harmony with the above objectives of the Club shall be eligible to active membership. (We welcome active, interested members who participate in all aspects of the Club's work and responsibilities, as well as its meeting and fellowship). Membership Any member of the Club wishing to propose a new member shall submit such person's written application for membership to the President of the Club at a regular meeting and the President shall then, or as soon as convenient, read such application to the Club. The President shall then submit the person's name for a vote at its next regular business meeting. An oral or written ballot, which may be secret, shall then be taken on the proposed new member. An affirmative vote of 3/4 of the members present shall be required to elect such new member. Any proposed new member shall submit to the Club with his application for membership an initiation fee often dollars ($10.00) plus the proper proportion of the current annual dues which will be due for the remainder of the year. Annual dues (July 1 to June 30) are twenty-five ($25.00).
